Organization Visit Request

Thank you for your interest in arranging a visit to Holy Cross College. This form is intended for groups seeking to request visit dates or times.
Visit Overview:
Visits will include:
A 30 minute information session led by an admissions staff member
A 60 minute tour guide led walking tour of campus

Both components are offered based on staff and space availability.

Submitting this form does not confirm your visit.
After your request is received, our office will review availability for your preferred date and follow up by email within two business days.
All requests are considered based on group size, staffing, and campus scheduling demands.

Please note that visits may be cancelled if extreme weather poses a risk to the safety of our guests, staff and students.

Eligibility & Group Requirements

Eligible Groups: High school groups and community-based organizations that serve high school students.
Group Size: We accommodate requests for groups of 15–80 students, not including chaperones.
Chaperones: A minimum of one adult chaperone per 10 students is required.
Scheduling:
- Organizational Visit Requests should be requested at least three weeks in advance for the best results.
- All requests are scheduled Monday–Friday during standard business hours; availability varies based on staff capacity, campus events, and space limitations
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in the cancellation of the visit or difficulty scheduling future visits at Holy Cross College.
